Use Uninstallzy for a clear list
Uninstallzy shows every app you can remove, with its size, version, and last-modified date. You can sort by name, size, or last modified, and filter to App Store apps or your own apps. It does not delete anything until you choose an app and confirm.
Warning: Big apps are not always unused. Check that you no longer need an app before you remove it.
